Matt joined the Pertemps Network Group in January 2000 and established the Executive Network Group later that year. As Managing Director of ENG and a main board Director of Pertemps, he has played a pivotal role in defining group strategy, and his forward-thinking approach has ensured ENG remained a high-growth, profitable, and resilient business over each of the past 25 years. Inspired by a pursuit of excellence and driven by ENG's core values, Matt builds partnerships and collaborations that empower our team, allowing ENG to fulfil its mission to “make recruitment better.”
